“I’ve had over 50 kidney stones in my life. Out of desperation, I had to learn how to stop the pain. I’ll give you the steps I use now to stop kidney stone pain in its tracks. For free.”
I’ve had a lot of kidney stones. Including this 10mm stone the doctors said could not pass. (But it did, with almost no pain … more later.)
I’m a big, tough, ex-football player guy and many of the stones I’ve had have had me laying in a fetal position and whimpering like a baby.
Kidney stones are nothing new, as scientists have actually found evidence of kidney stones in an Egyptian mummy over 7,000 years old (I bet I know what killed the unfortunate pharaoh!).
As many as one in 10 people will have a kidney stone in their lifetime, according to the National Kidney Foundation. Over 3 million people visit health care providers and there are over 500,000 emergency visits because of kidney stones.
What Are Kidney Stones & Why Do They Hurt So Much?
According to the Mayo Clinic, kidney stones are hard deposits made of minerals and salts that form inside your kidneys. These deposits are caused by many things, including heredity, your diet, your fluid intake, and more.
A kidney stone may not cause symptoms until it moves around within your kidney or passes into your ureter — the tube connecting the kidney and bladder. At that point, you may experience these signs and symptoms:
- Severe pain in the side and back, below the ribs
- Pain that radiates to the lower abdomen and groin
- Pain that comes in waves and fluctuates in intensity
- Pain on urination
- Pink, red or brown urine
- Cloudy or foul-smelling urine
- Nausea and vomiting
- Persistent need to urinate
- Urinating more often than usual
- Fever and chills if an infection is present
- Urinating small amounts
Is Kidney Stone Pain Really As Bad As Everyone Says?
Those who have experienced kidney stone pain speak almost reverently about the experience.
- “I wanted to die”
- “Absolutely the worst thing that ever happened to me”
- “It’s like a knife being stabbed in your gut, and then twisted”
- “I thought I was dying”
Here’s the deal …
Kidney stone pain is excruciating. Not much worse. I’ve literally had nurses wake me up in the hospital to ask me if I wanted a pain shot (it’s true – they had heard the pain is like childbirth, which they had gone through, so they were sympathetic!).
And because I have had so many, out of desperation I figured out how to deal with kidney stones.
How I Deal With Kidney Stones
Kill The Pain!
When I have a stone, there’s just one thing on my mind – stop the pain!
There are 4 steps I go through, but my Step 2 is the most important because it gives IMMEDIATE relief from the pain. I mean INSTANTANEOUS. (The other 3 steps help, and Step 1 you HAVE to do immediately – but it’s Step 2 that is vital to me!)
Pass (Or Dissolve) The Stone!
There is a system I use that helps me either dissolve or pass even the largest kidney stones. Remember the picture of the 10mm stone above? This system permitted that behemoth stone to pass after just one night with only a quick blip of pain.
It’s a safe and natural home remedy that has helped thousands of other kidney stone sufferers dissolve their kidney stones into small, sand-like particles, and then pass them without pain.
